Cancellation Policy

At FITTS DOCS SERVICES LLC, we are committed to providing reliable, timely, and professional service to all our clients. To maintain fairness in scheduling and ensure availability for all customers, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy: • Cancellations Made at Least 72 Hours Before Appointment: Clients who cancel their appointment 72 hours or more in advance are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total service fee paid at the time of booking. • Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. This includes no-shows or same-day cancellations. Important Notes: • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to fittsdocssvcs@fittsdocs.com. • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days. By booking a service with FITTS DOCS SERVICES LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy. We appreciate your business and understanding.
